At least that is my goal.
My baby sister and I have decided to be each others coaches/buddies/whatever in order to lose weight. I am so excited!
I am NOT going to list my weight here, but I will update with my overall loss each week. Cross your fingers it will go well! I am not going out all the way as I am still nursing, but taking small steps to get to a healthy weight, and to a place where running will not be hard on me. I WILL finish a marathon at some point in my life and I think the sooner I get it done the better:) I will star with some 5K's and move up to 10k's and from there I guess we'll see what happens:)

Did you get my e-mail about the 1st Annual Mother's 5K on May 9th? I'm not sure I'm up to it. I tried to run a 5K last night and my back and knees are hurting today. I feel old. Although that's not a good excuse. We have this neighbor that is 40 and runs for hours! Miss you! I'm proud of you and you've inspired me to get back on track with WW also. 2 weeks now and no weight loss. It can be discouraging!

I have no loss yet either, but I am still trying to figure out the right points for nursing etc. I think 10 is too much for me to be losing anything, so I might have to go to a meeting again.
I am pretty sure I won't be up to running a 5k yet, I am hoping for running one in June, walking the Med city one. My back has been hurting for months now so I am not even sure I will be able to do that:(
