A new year, a new me and a new attitude, right?
This year I have no New Years Resolutions, but rather change my life resolutions to happen over the next 3 years or so, until I hit the big 30! Yikes!
I am signing up for a fitness challenge at my YMCA, planning meals ahead of time to eliminate eating junk (seems like I am trying to change the physical me, doesn't it?) and made a list to must-read-books! That last one will be easy! Oh, and I also want to change my attitude about myself, and much of what is happening around me. So, if you care to follow my progress, feel free!
